Returns

Our standard return policy allows returns within 15 days of purchase. Product must be unused and in new condition.

Warranties

Products sold by 406 DME are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where one is offered. Coverage and length are set by each manufacturer and are shown on the product packaging or the manufacturer's website. 406 DME does not add a separate warranty.

To make a warranty claim, call us at 406-414-6868 or bring the product and your receipt to our store. We'll help you start the claim with the manufacturer. Repair, replacement or refund is decided under that manufacturer's warranty terms.

Limitation of Liability

406 DME is not liable for injury or damage resulting from improper use, misuse, or use of equipment without appropriate clinical guidance or fitting. Equipment should be used only as directed by your healthcare provider and any instructions provided at the time of purchase or rental.
